Key Responsibilities:
• Rotate through different Mortgage Services teams
• Analyze systemic issues faced by Indigenous peoples in mortgages
• Assist with business operations and internal initiatives
• Collaborate and share insights in team meetings
• Create and deliver a comprehensive final report
Requirements:
• Indigenous student or recent college/university graduate
• Business and financial literacy is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct ethical research
