The incumbent will also process requests for transfers and semi-directs and will conduct follow-ups. Finally, they will provide exceptionnal customer service to their internal and external clients.Your role:Plan delivery and pickup routes using a TMS for Central/Eastern CanadaEnhance TMS usage by contributing to the improvement of its quality and processesManage trailer overflow, manage add-ons and prioritize loading scheduleInform carriers,
