You will provide hands‐on implementation support, training,



and validation activities to ensure each pharmacy is fully operational on the recent system.You will work closely with pharmacy teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful system launch at each location.What You'll DoProvide on‐site or remote support and training to pharmacy teams during the transition to the pharmacy management systemAssist Pharmaprix locations in preparing for system conversion and go‐live readinessValidate that all operational and technical requirements are completed prior to launching the system in storeSupport pharmacy staff in adopting new workflows and system processesIdentify opportunities to improve system adoption and operational efficiencyLiaise with pharmacy support teams, IT, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders throughout the implementation processDocument and report technical issues or operational challenges encountered during deploymentEnsure pharmacies are fully functional and confident using the new system at launchWhat You BringExperience working in retail pharmacy environments, preferably in Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart locationsFamiliarity with pharmacy management systems, with experience in AssystRx considered strong assets.Strong ability to train and support pharmacy staff during system transitionAbility to travel frequently across Quebec to support store implementations ( ~ 80% travel)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules depending on store conversion timelinesValid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicleStrong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting processes and implementation activitiesAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast‐paced rollout environmentThank you for your interest in TCS.
