In this role, you’ll report to the Director of Delivery Optimization, using servant leadership to promote Agile principles and enhance team capabilities. Your responsibilities include coaching team members on Scrum events, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Help Canada Life achieve its goals by creating a trusting and effective work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach the team on Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban
• Support Product Owner in refining the Product Backlog
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and team collaboration




• Remove impediments affecting team progress
• Maintain transparency through data analysis and reporting

Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in Agile project settings
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methods
• Relevant Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM)
• High-energy approach to influence team dynamics
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools
