In this role, reporting to the FSQA Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring food safety data and proficiency in quality assurance programs. Your duties will include analyzing plants’ performance and reviewing corrective actions, ensuring the highest standards in quality management are met. You'll also engage in customer relations, aiding in problem resolution through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly reports on customer complaint programs
• Track and communicate plant deviation statuses
• Prepare summaries of food safety results for management
• Oversee non-conformance documentation and closure
• Participate in annual critical process validations
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant scientific field
• 2 to 5 years of food industry experience
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and quality assurance processes
• Solid written and verbal communication abilities
• Positive organization and time management skills
