In your role, you will assist the Senior Director of Legal Affairs and various internal teams at Innergex. Your duties will include maintaining corporate records, preparing filings, and handling legal document management. This position is essential for the productive operation of renewable energy projects within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incorporation and governance of subsidiaries
• Prepare resolutions and annual filings for compliance
• Assist in coordination of Board and committee activities




• Support documentation for various corporate transactions
• Optimize legal workflows and tracking systems
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant Paralegal Certificate required
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a paralegal capacity
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and documentation
• Experience with U.S. corporate matters is advantageous
• Exceptional organizational and communication capabilities
