This flexible, casual position supports the Stratford Festival's Facilities team and its goal of maintaining safety at all festival venues. You will carry out essential security tasks, monitor access points, and conduct regular patrols. Candidates should possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License and be prepared for physical demands along with scheduled evening and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee security of festival buildings
• Interact with staff and guests regularly
• Control loading dock and parking access
• Manage shipping and receiving operations
• Follow established fire safety procedures
Requirements:
• Must hold valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Bondable with a valid Ontario Driver’s License
• Experience in on-site security operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Valid First Aid/CPR/AED Level C certification
