be based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities.

The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great

People

leaders of PepsiCo

Your

initial

assignment will be to familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and

leading

in

a front-line Supply Chain organization. This experience will include

motivating a frontline team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers

in order to

help “win the shift

”.

You will also

be responsible for

tracking business critical KPIs to

identify

trends to focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo’s journey to be a Faster, Stronger and Better Company.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed by August 202
