In this role, you'll report to the Fixed Operations Manager and play a critical role in customer engagements during service visits. Your tasks will include managing vehicle traffic, picking up and delivering cars, and maintaining the showroom's parking areas. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon arrival at the service department • Oversee vehicle traffic for efficiency • Deliver and pick up vehicles for customers • Ensure the parking lot is clean and organized • Support the service team as needed
Requirements: • Customer service experience is essential • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Clear driver's abstract and valid Class 5 license • Comfortable using technology in daily tasks
