• Oversee daily estimating team activities and output
• Manage job files and budget documentation effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in estimating or a similar role
• Solid communication abilities, both written and oral
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with residential construction processes
• A team-oriented attitude and creative problem-solving skills
