Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership in electrical system design
• Lead projects for recent installations, upgrades, and retrofits
• Mentor and develop the Electrical Team’s performance
• Manage resource utilization, forecasting, and workload
• Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations
Requirements:
• 10+ years in facility design and construction
• Proven experience leading diverse building projects
• Qualified Engineer (PEng) designation required
• Experience responding to RFPs and proposal writing
• Relevant university degree in Electrical Engineering
