Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will support L&D; activities through administration and coordination of training initiatives, track compliance, and facilitate new-hire orientation sessions. Your analytical skills will help assess training needs and improve delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate orientation and training sessions for staff
• Track compliance and maintain accurate training records
• Organize training logistics including venue and materials
• Respond to inquiries related to OD and L&D; programs




• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness through feedback
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• At least two years in an administrative or HR role
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel as required, must hold a valid license
