As a Facilities Technician, you’ll take ownership of the systems, buildings, and grounds that keep Brentwood Bay Resort running smoothly. From preventative maintenance to solving unexpected challenges, your work has a direct impact on both our guests’ experience and our team’s success.You’ll work across our boutique oceanfront resort, supporting guest rooms, restaurants, spa, marina, pools, hot tubs, saunas, back‑of‑house facilities, and beautiful outdoor spaces.What you’ll doPerform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the resortDiagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building systemsMaintain pools, hot tubs, and saunas, including water quality and equipment maintenanceMonitor mechanical, heating, ventilation,
