Inspired HR Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to run a Calgary fresh-produce warehouse, ensuring secure, productive, and profitable operations. You will own the full scope from production to shipping, reporting to the COO, with the floor teams under your leadership.
The role requires 7–10 years in food-production operations, fluency in Lean or Six Sigma, and solid financial/data skills. A business/engineering/ops degree is preferred, with a relentless drive for improvement.
