In this permanent, full time position, you will collaborate with human resources and leadership to create a culture of continuous learning. Your role encompasses developing a global learning strategy, scaling blended learning solutions, and assessing future skill requirements. Partnering across departments, you will ensure alignment with RWDI’s core values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the global learning and development strategy
• Design scalable learning programs and measurement frameworks
• Assess current skill gaps and future needs




• Lead cutting-edge approaches including adaptive learning
• Manage relationships and vendor selection for L&D; initiatives

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in L&D; or talent development
• Proven experience leading global training initiatives
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
• Expertise in coaching methodologies
• Knowledge of learning technologies and frameworks
