Pursuit is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead field recruitment across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and drives hiring outcomes, readiness, and continuous improvement for field teams.
Balancing people leadership with hands-on delivery, you will partner with operations and the People Team to support seasonal and year-round hiring while building pipelines and influencing leaders to attract top talent in rapid-paced settings.
