In your role as an HSE Advisor, you'll report to the Director of Health, Safety, and Environment. This full-time position focuses on effective risk management and performance improvement initiatives. Leverage your knowledge to guide teams, drive behavioral change, and provide insights on best practices for HSE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report HSE incidents and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate investigations to discover root causes
• Share lessons learned with management and teams
• Support and drive HSE improvement programs
• Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 5 years in HSE management roles
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and 14001 standards
• OHS Management Certificate and First Aid/CPR required
• Bilingual communication in French and English
