The Utilities Department at Kamsack is hiring a full time Water Treatment Plant Operator II. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Class 2 Water Treatment Plant, well-pumping station, and sewage lift station. Duties include overseeing all water production and treatment tasks, recording operations, and maintaining equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety. Weekend shifts, as well as night and holiday work, are critical to the position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper operation of the water treatment facilities




• Supervise the water distribution and wastewater systems
• Maintain operational records and documentation
• Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance
• Perform water connection and disconnection tasks

Requirements:
• Certified in Water Treatment Class 2
• Certified in Water Distribution Class 2
• Must possess a Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
