As a Reimbursement Specialist with Cencora, you will support Innomar Strategies in enhancing patient and provider experiences. Applicants should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and a robust proficiency in Microsoft applications. Applicants with a healthcare or pharmaceutical background will find this position particularly rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of prescription drug coverage applications • Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare professionals • Submit documentation to public and federal funding programs • Implement Financial Means Tests to optimize coverage • Report adverse events to relevant departments
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a relevant field • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Solid communication and organizational skills • Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
