Humber River Health in Toronto is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mental Health Geriatric Outreach Team on a casual/part time basis. You will assess residents, teach families, and collaborate with the treatment team to plan care and manage behavioral symptoms.
Requires current Ontario nursing registration, BCLS/CPR, and PMH certification or willingness to obtain within a year. Two years in mental health/addictions is preferred.
