As a Family Well-Being Group Worker, you'll engage with parents and caregivers, fostering their skills and understanding of key child development milestones. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver educational sessions and family support programs
• Enhance parenting skills and child engagement
• Foster family resilience and confidence through programming
• Advocate for the needs and safety of families
• Utilize various delivery methods, including online resources
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Services required
• Degree in Human Services preferred
• Relevant experience with children and families
• Knowledge of Anishnawbek culture and traditions
• Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver's Licence and insurance
Support and empower families in fostering solid relationships and healthy communities.
