In this role, you will:
Provide confidential administrative support which includes calendar and e-mail management, scheduling of meetings, arranging business travel, processing mail, exception time reporting and records management.
Be responsible for departmental cost reporting which includes creating requisitions and service entry sheets, reconciling invoices and preparing reporting, as well as budget submission assistance and tracking.
Be responsible for quarterly board report submissions.
Work with several systems including SAP/S4 and SharePoint, acting as the departments SharePoint champion and having responsibility for its document management system.
Be responsible for preparing monthly deposits as well as acting as a backup banking administrator.
Be responsible for access management and onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors.
Provide other general administrative support to the department as required.
Required:
two-year business administrative diploma;
minimum of seven years of progressive experience in a corporate workplace;
equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) and Nitro Pro;
strong inclination for technology and ability to learn systems quickly; and
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
