As part of Bombardier’s Organizational Learning team, you will ensure effective training settings and contribute your expertise in SAP S/4HANA education. With a minimum of two years in a manufacturing role or five years in technical training, you’ll lead the setup of training facilities and evaluate the success of training strategies. Your job will include collecting participant feedback to continually improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage setup of training locations and logistics
• Serve as Master Trainer for SAP S/4HANA sessions




• Assess effectiveness of training programs
• Collaborate on recent technology evaluations
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience
• Robust organization and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and French
• Experience in project management tools
• Knowledge of LMS is a plus
