Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic massage based on members' unique needs
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments pre-treatment
• Create and modify treatment plans effectively
• Share therapeutic insights with members clearly
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress
Requirements:
• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with CMTO
• Two years of experience in therapeutic settings
• Expertise in multiple massage techniques
• Robust communication and rapport-building skills
• Familiarity with EHR documentation systems
