In this position, you’ll assess individual needs and coordinate a variety of engagement programs that touch on physical, social, and emotional health. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate engaging group and one-on-one programs
• Monitor and assess Residents’ care needs
• Assist with mobility and participation in activities
• Complete accurate documentation of care activities




• Help maintain program materials and a welcoming setting

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Recreation, Gerontology, or similar
• Preferred experience in long-term care enrichment programs
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required
• Solid computer skills for care planning
• Current Vulnerable Sector Screening and TB test required
