Float is seeking a BDR Manager to build a up-to-date, AI-first outbound function from the ground up while coaching ISR/SDR/BDR teams in a hybrid Toronto setting. You’ll own pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer activation metrics, reporting to the Head of Growth.
You’ll implement AI workflows, roll out current playbooks, and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing and RevOps to optimize forecasting and outcomes.
