The YMCA of Greater Toronto is seeking a Black Achievers Mentorship Coordinator to grow and deliver the mentorship program across sites. You will recruit mentors, support training, and coordinate mentor-mentee matching to empower Black youth.
You will build partnerships, track engagement, ensure program quality, and maintain records. A commitment to equity and anti-racism, plus 2–3 years in outreach or youth programs, is essential. This is a 12‑month contract starting immediately.
