This full time position requires you to report to the Manager of Community Programs and Services. You will develop workshops on budget management, credit, and more, while providing personalized coaching and aiding clients in navigating financial perks. Your skills will play a vital role in enhancing financial stability across marginalized groups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop financial literacy workshops for diverse audiences
• Conduct client intakes and offer personalized coaching
• Identify and support perks applications for clients




• Manage day-to-day tax clinic operations and volunteer support
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for program enhancement

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Finance or Administration
• Deep understanding of financial systems and benefits
• Technical expertise with tax software and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Commitment to equity and inclusion in program delivery
