Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare components through skilled spray application
• Conduct cleaning, masking, and final paint touch-ups
• Apply sealants to key aircraft parts and bushings
• Document actions and report discrepancies
• Participate in cross-functional training and 5S activities

Requirements:
• High school diploma with at least 2 years of experience
• Experience in handling materials and cranes
• Eligible to meet ITAR and CCGP requirements
• Ability to function well in team-oriented settings
• Capable of managing physically demanding tasks
