Mars is seeking an experienced Packaging Operator to join our factory team on a rotating 12‑hour schedule, with both day and night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for mechanical issues, lead a small group of operators and temporary staff, and ensure line targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.
A mechanical background and GCSE level education are required; leadership experience is desirable.
