Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live and work at one of our Cornwall, ON properties. You will join a 2-person in office team, work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.
Key duties include collecting rents, showing and leasing suites, cleaning common areas, minor maintenance, preparing apartments for recent residents, delivering customer service, and supporting leasing activities and on-call responses.
