Key Responsibilities:
• Solve escalated incidents from the Tier 1 helpdesk
• Perform deep analysis on complex system problems
• Configure and patch enterprise applications as necessary
• Serve as vendor liaison for escalation support
• Maintain documentation in line with ITIL-favored procedures
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in advanced systems support
• Solid background with enterprise applications and Microsoft 365
• Solid knowledge of Azure or AWS settings
• Class 5 driver’s license for travel must
• Prefer ITIL v4 Foundation certification or Microsoft credentials
