Shape the future of Black young people as YMCA's Workshop Facilitator in Scarborough. This full time position focuses on mentorship and community engagement through the cutting-edge Black Achievers program.

As a facilitator, you will recruit mentors and implement a curriculum that fosters academic and character development in participating youth. This role emphasizes creating a protected, inclusive environment while addressing anti-Black racism within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and facilitate interactive workshops
• Complete case documentation and ensure data confidentiality
• Provide outreach and marketing support
• Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and procedures
• Participate in program evaluations and assessments

Requirements:
• Two years of experience in group facilitation
• Relevant degree or diploma in related field
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of challenges faced by Black communities
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings
