Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, promote, and implement aquatics programming
• Oversee hiring and training of program staff
• Manage budgets and resource allocations
• Conduct internal audits for safety compliance
• Provide direct support and instruction where necessary
Requirements:
• 5+ years' experience in aquatics and recreation leadership
• Certifications in lifeguarding, first aid, and aquatics
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
