At Metalcraft Technology, we need a Laser Punch Assistant to join our Punching Department. In this role, you'll assist operators with daily tasks, load and unload materials, and prepare parts according to work orders. This is a outstanding chance to learn CNC equipment and refine your skills in sheet metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Laser/Punch Operators with production tasks
• Load and unload sheet metal materials efficiently
• Perform quality inspections using calipers and gauges
• Sort and prepare parts for production stages
• Maintain a clean work area following 6S principles

Requirements:
• Experience in manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication preferred
• Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Willingness to learn CNC equipment
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots required
