LOFT Community Services in Newmarket, Ontario is seeking a Residential Support Worker (Bargaining Unit Position) to support clients facing mental health and housing challenges. The role aims to promote independence, dignity and safety in supportive housing settings, within the YRSS program.
You will work onsite with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients with daily living activities, connect them to services, monitor progress and help maintain housing stability.
