This is a hands‐on, in‐person role that combines front desk operations, team leadership and detailed administrative support.Alongside your leadership and administrative responsibilities, you'll play a key role in front desk operations and guest care by supporting guests throughout their entire spa journey. This requires a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create a warm, seamless experience while balancing multiple priorities.Working closely with the Spa Director, you'll support hiring, onboarding, team development, one on one meetings, and performance conversations. This role requires someone who is confident in clear communication, constructive feedback, addressing concerns, and helping foster a positive team culture.What We Offer$54,000 - $60,000 annual starting salary based on experience and capabilityQuarterly performance bonus tied to spa revenue goalsFlexible scheduling ensuring work/life balance (4-5 day work weeks)Extended health and dental benefits (after 90 days)Ski pass includedComplimentary monthly spa treatmentWhat You'll Be DoingDaily Operations & Guest ExperienceSupport front desk and therapist teams during daily operationsOpen and close the spa and ensure smooth flow throughout the dayAssist guests and step in where needed to support service qualityOversee scheduling flow and communication during busy periodsAct as lead on shift when the Spa Director is offAssist in recruiting, and onboarding new team members each seasonSupport and manage a seasonal team, maintaining accountability and moraleConduct regular 1:1s,
