We are looking for a Millwright dedicated to on-site tasks, specializing in mechanical assemblies and equipment installations. Bring your expertise in troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
As a Millwright, you will be responsible for assembling machinery, supervising apprentices, and ensuring equipment operates without issues. This position requires up to 5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of power tools and hydraulic systems, all within a noisy work workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and install mechanical equipment with precision
• Instruct and supervise apprentices in daily tasks
• Detect and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly
• Perform regular maintenance work on various machines
• Utilize machining tools to create necessary parts
Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in millwrighting
• Certification in Industrial Mechanics or Trade
• Familiarity with conveyors and metalworking equipment
• Ability to meet physical demands and work under pressure
• Must provide own steel-toed safety boots
