Drive adoption support initiatives in St. Paul as a State Program Administrator Senior with the Children, Youth, and Families Department. This role offers flexibility with telework options up to 50%.
In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing adoption records and coordinating with agencies for post-adoption searches. You will play an essential role in enhancing service delivery and addressing the needs of birth parents and adoptive families. Solid organizational and communication skills are essential as you work with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer policies related to post-adoption records
• Support collaboration with county and tribal agencies
• Assess service quality and implement improvements
• Assuming other assigned responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant skilled experience
• Familiarity with state and federal adoption service policies
• Solid skills in communication and facilitation
• Experience in managing program operations and changes
• Relevant educational background preferred
