Key Responsibilities:
• Implement trauma-informed case management approaches
• Connect clients to necessary rehabilitation and community resources
• Facilitate participation in culturally relevant programs
• Provide community orientation to justice personnel
• Assist in court-related preparations and discharge planning
Requirements:
• Educational background in Law, Psychology, or related fields
• Understanding of Aboriginal traditions and colonial impacts
• Proven experience in counseling and interventions
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
