You will translate strategic priorities into transparent, actionable plans, overseeing digital identity, access, and public site optimization. Your leadership will foster collaboration across multiple departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate vision into a transparent digital roadmap for Canada Segment
• Accelerate strategy execution by establishing transparent decision-making processes
• Facilitate governance and collaboration across various teams




• Optimize the customer journey through public site management
• Set and track goals to ensure project visibility and accountability

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in digital products and transformation
• Successful leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives from concept to execution
• Experience with complex portfolio management and team leadership
• Capability to align stakeholders within a matrix organization
• Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems and content management
