• Supervise and lead 12 staff members
• Report to the Custody Operations Branch
• Ensure program accreditation compliance
• Conduct staff training and performance reviews
• Oversee scheduling and staff documentation
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• Proven experience with youth supervision
• Awareness of the Youth Criminal Justice Act
• CPR and first aid certifications mandatory
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
