This role requires a proactive individual to manage reception duties, assist patients, and maintain the overall function of the clinic. As a Patient Care Representative, you’ll be responsible for welcoming patients, collecting necessary documentation, maintaining organized records, and ensuring a clean setting. You will also assist with physician tasks and perform essential equipment management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and handle their inquiries efficiently
• Schedule appointments and prioritize urgent cases
• Support patients with mobility and diagnostic preparations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
• Operate and manage office equipment responsibly
Requirements:
• 0-2 years experience in a medical office setting
• Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent
• Typing speed of 35 wpm or more
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus
