Make a difference with Main Street Project as a Night Housing Services Support Worker. This role involves engaging individuals facing homelessness through compassionate support and housing solutions.
Working night hours, you will be vital in providing services that prioritize safety, dignity, and well-being of participants. Through coordination of housing services, medication management, and problem-solving assistance, your commitment to care will help residents succeed in their housing journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee move-ins and collaborate with partners for housing
• Perform routine floor checks for safety and cleanliness
• Help with medication management and documentation
• Design engaging programs for housing participants




• Offer support addressing essential needs like food and shelter
Requirements:
• Experience in human services, particularly with homelessness
• Excellent record-keeping and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of harm reduction and trauma-informed care
• Experience working in diverse, cooperative environments
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required
Support individuals in achieving their independence at Main Street Project and impact lives positively in the community.
