Our client, a reputable ICI general contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for ground-up industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
This is an excellent chance for a detail-oriented estimator who understands full-cycle tendering, trade pricing, budgeting, and pre-construction strategy.
Key Responsibilities Lead tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Identify value engineering prospects and project risks.
Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and trades.
What We’re Looking For Solid experience estimating ground-up ICI construction projects.
Proven ability to manage bids from start to finish.
Excellent knowledge of drawings, specifications, and construction costs.
Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
