We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Transportation Division who brings precision, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial transportation accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes in a timely manner.
Act as a key point of contact for clients and carriers,



ensuring explicit communication and consistent follow-through.
Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to support retention and account growth.
Maintain a robust understanding of transportation-specific coverage, underwriting requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines experience (Transportation Experience Highly Preferred).
Proficiency in Applied Epic
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Qualified communication and client-service mindset.
