This role is responsible for installation, preventative maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment or components that support production and facility operations.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting, observing, and performing diagnosis of mechanical equipment failures and making necessary corrective actions and/or recommendationsDismantling and assembling of various machine parts in order to perform repairs using hand and power toolsAnalyzing machine errors and work with operators to diagnose and resolve mechanical issuesRepairing broken or defective machine parts, as required, with the use of welding and/or brazing toolsUsing specialized tools, such as micrometers and plumb bobs,
