Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise in office crew in absence of Track Foreman
• Plan work activities and establish safety action plans




• Conduct daily Job Briefings to inform crew on tasks
• Monitor work site for hazards and safety compliance
• Ensure daily vehicle maintenance and inspections
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in railway industry
• Certification in Track Inspection Guidelines
• Proficient in reading railway plans
• Solid communication skills for crew oversight
• Valid Ontario class G driver's license
