Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Welding and Fitting, or relevant training in the field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structures or metal fabrication; Strong ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols; Comfortable with computer tools, including Excel, the Mobilis suite, and traceability tools; Demonstrated autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent technical judgment; Solid attention to detail and rigor; Team-oriented mindset; Knowledge of English (an asset). Roles and responsabilities





Review and validate customer drawings to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and manufacturing requirements; Work closely with detailers, estimators, and project managers to ensure project manufacturability; Take part in technical reviews prior to production launch and identify potential risks or discrepancies; Optimize and adjust production programs to improve productivity and operational efficiency; Participate in assembly trials, carry out required validations, and recommend necessary adjustments; Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods and operational practices; Serve as a technical resource person for production and manufacturing teams.
