This job isfull-timepermanent. The Senior IT Admin-FST is responsible for providing tiers 1 and 2 support at the Skookumchuck, BC pulp mill. The support includes the company’s corporate network for Skookumchuck., and tiers 1, 2 & 3 support for the local PCN-OT workplace as it is built at Skookumchuck. This role provides expert-level technical support to the company and interacts daily with Corporate IT, business,



and mill/site management. This role will also serve as the lead PCN-OT resource located at a mill and is responsible for partnering with the PCN-OT Team as requiredReporting Structure:This position reports to theIT Supervisor - LSC in Richmond, BC.Your challenges: Follow all Domtar safety rules and regulations. Utilize the internal IT Ticketing System to promptly resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests. Uphold the company’s IT and OT cybersecurity standards on business and Process Control Networks via your actions and communications. Ensure hardware assets are updated in the Asset Management System following the standard Domtar procedures. Provide 24/7 support for the assigned Skookumchuck.
